As part of the Central In-Service Training Activities, a seminar was held at the Aksaray In-Service Training Institute from August 19-23, 2024, for administrators of Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools (AİHL) implementing foreign language preparatory programs.

On Thursday, August 22, 2024, Akdemistanbul Language Education Institutions participated as guests in three sessions of the seminar, sharing its international expertise and experiences in the field of education with the participants. On behalf of our institution, our General Director, Dr. Muhammed Ağırakça, gave a comprehensive presentation titled “Arabic Language Education Activities for Foreigners Around the World” and “Projects to Improve Arabic Teaching.” Following this, our academic staff member, Muhammed Khaled Tarakji, addressed the topic of “Digitalization in Arabic Teaching,” providing important insights into the role of digital tools in language instruction. Our Institutional Training Coordinator, Kazım Ağcakaya, shared his field experiences with school principals, discussing the challenges encountered in practice and offering solutions. Lastly, our Course Director, Serap Öngel, emphasized the effectiveness of student-centered approaches and game-based language teaching in foreign language education, presenting Akdemistanbul’s innovative methods in these areas to the participants.

This seminar provided a platform that reinforced Akdemistanbul Language Education Institutions’ strong position in both national and international education fields and allowed our institution to share its knowledge and experience in educational management with a broad audience. As Turkey’s most popular language education institution in the fields of online Arabic, spoken Arabic, and practical Arabic, Akdemistanbul will continue to participate in such seminars.
