The Arabic Knowledge Competition Was Conducted Online Across Turkey

Organized by the Ministry of National Education’s General Directorate of Religious Education, our students participated in the Arabic competitions advised by the Academy of Language and Scientific Research and Akdem Istanbul Language Education Institutions. They competed in five categories: Arabic Knowledge Competition, Arabic Poetry Reading Competition, Arabic Children’s Songs Competition, and Arabic Calligraphy Competition.

The Arabic Knowledge Competitions, aimed at enhancing our students’ Arabic learning and monitoring their language development, took place on May 29, 2024, with participation from schools across Turkey.

The competitions were held as an online e-exam in schools designated as exam centers in provinces and districts. Students were asked 40 multiple-choice questions. The average exam scores of students determined the schools’ points, and the schools advancing to the Turkish final were announced on May 31, 2024, on our General Directorate’s announcements page.

As Akdem Istanbul, we continue to support initiatives that encourage Modern Standard Arabic proficiency, offering programs like Arabic language courses that combine innovative approaches with traditional language education. These efforts ensure our students develop strong skills to excel in their academic and linguistic pursuits.
